• Minimum 2 years experience in QSR or fast-casual management
• A proven track record of leading, managing, and motivating teams
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work a 48-hour week (including nights, weekends, some holidays)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• A great personality, genuine desire to serve guests, and an upbeat, engaging attitude
