Summary: The Installation Project Manager/Region Service Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of installation projects for the MMIC Mobile Fleet of trailers and VERDA Water Quality systems. Communicating the expectations and requirements for a successful installation. Ensuring the pre-installation planning and deployment of MMIC Mobile trailers and VERDA Water Quality Systems services exceed the MMIC/VERDA customer satisfaction metrics.

At the core of these responsibilities is establishing a rapport with the customer once a project is assigned and maintaining that relationship throughout the product life cycle. Responsibilities will include obtaining a deep knowledge of the specifications of the equipment being installed.

The Installation Project Manager/Region Service Manager will have direct and indirect reporting responsibilities and is responsible for leading service delivery operations within a defined geographic territory, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, technician performance, and operational efficiency. The Installation Project Manager/Region Service Manager oversees field service teams supporting installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and remote monitoring of water purification and related medical and facility support equipment.

This role drives operational excellence, revenue growth, and customer loyalty in alignment with company service standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications: Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and being able to interface with all levels within the customers’ organization, including general contractors and subcontractors and project/equipment planners. The Installation Project Manager/Region Service Manager will have previous experience with healthcare equipment and or physical plant utilities equipment installations. The Installation Project Manager/Region Service Manager position requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Must be able to work independently, have the ability to multitask, be self-directed and self-motivated.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Installation Project Management in a healthcare equipment environment is desirable.
  • Proficiency in the use and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) MS Project
  • An ability to understand the technical aspects of company products
  • An ability to read and understand engineering drawings that specify the MMIC/VERDA equipment and its integration into the customer facility
  • Experience with leading and managing MMIC/VERDA employees while working in cross functional teams.
  • Experience with Project Management and project management tools is required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate is a plus
  • Experience with managing subcontractors in the trades and solving customer issues.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience (Supervisor, Team Lead, or Manager).
  • Strong understanding of service operations, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and customer service protocols.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region (30–60%). Travel by air or ground may be necessary
Preferred
  • Experience with RO/DI water systems, pure water distribution loops, remote monitoring platforms, or critical utilities.
  • Familiarity with AAMI ST108 requirements, water quality testing, validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), or regulated environments (GMP/ISO
    13485).
  • Strong business acumen related to P&L, service revenue, KPIs, and contract management.
  • Must understand facility utilities such as Electrical Systems, Utility Water, Critical Water, Steam, HVAC Fire and Security Systems
  • Highly organized, task oriented, self-motivated and energetic.
  • Ability to comprehend contract language as it relates to contractor terms and conditions and scope of work.
