  Coaches,Leader sand Volunteer Ministry Leaders  (VMLs).
• Facilitateregulartouchpoints,coaching conversations,anddevelopmentgatherings Connections Coaches and Leaders
• ProviderelationalcaretoVMLs,Coaches,and Leadersaddressingchallengeswithwisdomand discretion.

• Help oversee Connectionsoperationsincludingeventregistrations,inventory,RMSmaintenance, reporting, meeting agendas, training materials, Sunday operations, and the execution and maintenance of ministry standard operating procedures.
• Helpleadtheplanningandexecutionof Connections ministryeventsandleadertrainingsthrough general team support and lead facilitation.
• Collaborate with Centralteamstoensurealignmentand excellence.
• Oversee campus-widecommunicationrelated tothe
  
  Connections Ministry
• Supportbroadercampusinitiativesandeventsasassignedbythe Campus Leadershipor Connections Director

• 4+years ofministryleadership,team leadership,orprogram management experience (church or faith-based organization preferred).

• Strongadministrativeandorganizational skills.
• Comfortablewithpublicspeakingandpresentingtolarge audiences.

• Proficient in Macand Microsoft
  365 applications
• Comfortablelearningandmanagingchurchmanagementsystems, planning tools, and communication platforms

The Associate Director of Connections provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and care for the Connections ministry at the campus level. This role partners closely with the Connections Director,Campus Executive Director ,and Central

Leadershiptohelp cast vision,develop leaders, and cultivate healthy, sustainable environments where people connect, grow, and serve.

The Associate Director is responsible for translating vision into execution, supporting Volunteer Ministry Leaders(VMLs),Coaches,and Leads,strengtheningsystemsandprocesses,and ensuring alignment with Victory Church's mission, values, and discipleship strategy.
