$235,500 - $315,000per year + annual performance-based bonus

Summary:

The SVP, Value Management Office is responsible for enterprise-wide strategy execution, portfolio governance, and change management across business and technology. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the SVP leads the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives ensuring investments are aligned to corporate objectives, appropriately prioritized, funded, governed, and successfully delivered. The SVP partners closely with executive leadership, Finance, Technology, Product, Operations, Human Resources, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.

The Value Management Office serves as the central orchestration function connecting strategy, planning, funding, execution, change management, and value realization across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the three functions within the VMO – Portfolio Intake and Business Analysis, Execution & Governance, and Change Readiness. Collaborate with and facilitate alignment across business and technology stakeholders to drive Osaic’s company goals forward into measurable outcomes.
  • Guide the Intake & Analysis team to review initiative requests to assess scope, impacts, delivery approach, and impacted cross-functional teams. Serve as a challenger to ensure the most appropriate and pragmatic solution is pursued. Facilitate executive-level prioritization for major “big rock” initiatives.
  • Guide the Execution & Governance team of project and program managers to drive consistent plans, status reports, and communications. Chair the executive portfolio governance forum to provide executives with clear insights into portfolio performance, delivery confidence, capacity constraints, financial impacts, and enterprise risks. Support teams to drive mitigation and action plans for risks and issues. Ensure business teams / requestors are engaged throughout delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on portfolio health, delivery risks, and delivery trade-offs. Be creative to adjust scope, approach, and timing. Promote disciplined investment and delivery decisions based on strategic value, risk, cost, and organizational capacity.
  • Guide the Change Readiness team to identify and facilitate pilot opportunities, manage an overall Change Readiness Calendar, and identify and mitigate potential collisions. Collaborate with requestors to measure success of initiatives and perform retrospectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing VMO developing leadership skills, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, customer value, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Finance to support annual planning approach and activities. Once approved, support communication of the annual plan to the VMO and broader stakeholder groups. Support Finance throughout the year to monitor spend, make quarterly adjustments, and react to delivery and financial performance appropriately. All duties as assigned.
