This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity within a patient-focused pharmaceutical environment, overseeing a geographically broad sales organization. You will lead and develop a team of Account Managers focused on infectious disease while translating national strategies into effective regional execution. The role combines strategic planning, field leadership, customer engagement, and business management to drive sustainable growth. You will work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders to address market opportunities and challenges.
A key focus will be building a high-performing team through coaching, talent development, performance management, and strategic hiring.
