Key Job Responsibilities- Serve as a business partner to the Regional Manager, supporting financial goals and business initiatives.
- Provide accounting support including GAAP compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, SAPsystem support, and process improvement.
- Analyze and communicate key financial data to leadership; identify opportunities for improved processes and results.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; prepare annual and quarterly income statement and balance sheet plans.
- Review cost center data, sales margins, purchase price variances, and manufacturing variances; communicate findings to leadership.
- Support machine and rental contract reviews to ensure appropriate terms and revenue recognition.
- Manage financial aspects of machine closeouts, WIP reviews, inventory initiatives, regional reserves, and oversee A/R and collections. Assist internal and external auditors during financial audits and ensure proper internal controls.
- Review and approve regional capital expenditure requests
