FRASER Yachts in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a dynamic Crew Coordinator Supervisor to oversee crew coordination for the fleet, ensuring qualified personnel and STCW
95 compliance. You will lead the Crew Coordinators and work with the Yacht Management Team including the Captain, Yacht Services, Administrators, and Safety Superintendents.
In this role you will recruit and assign crew, manage contracts and certifications, coordinate payroll and travel, and ensure records are up to date.
