Location: Northern
FurtherAI is seeking a Manager for Enterprise GTM in San Francisco to build and scale the SDR function, own headcount planning, and align with AEs on account strategy. You will report to the SVP of Sales and shape the company’s early enterprise GTM playbooks while driving performance through coaching and metric-based management.
You will lead a team of SDRs, set quotas, partner with marketing on campaigns, and push to exceed pipeline targets in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
