• Drive daily and weekly sales performance with hands‑on coaching and planning
• Develop your team through feedback, role‑play, and skill‑building exercises
• Make sure our proven selling system is executed flawlessly at every appointment
• Lead engaging huddles and meetings that reinforce priorities and goals
• Conduct ride‑along and appointment audits to strengthen skills on the spot
• Fast‑track new‑hire success with structured onboarding and training

• Proven leader in in‑home or high‑velocity sales environments
• Natural coach who motivates, inspires, and holds team members accountable
• Data‑driven and comfortable using KPIs to make smart decisions
