As the
** Property Manager**, you’ll be the driving force behind the operations and financial success of our luxury community in the heart of
** the Arts District**. Your day-to-day will include:
* ** Financial Leadership:
** Manage the property within budget, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining quality service.
* ** Team Leadership:
** Inspire, lead, and motivate a dynamic on-site team to ensure we meet and exceed our resident service goals. You’ll recruit, train, and develop top talent who thrive in a collaborative environment.

Experience:

** Deliver an unparalleled living experience by implementing and improving resident retention programs, addressing service requests promptly, and keeping resident satisfaction at the forefront of your strategy.
* ** Marketing & Leasing:
** Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that attract high-quality residents, driving leasing success.
* ** Maintenance Oversight:

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience:

** A minimum of 3 years as a Property Manager in the multifamily industry, with a focus on
** Class A communities**. High-Rise experience is a plus!

* Skills:

** Strong sales, marketing, financial management, and operations experience. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are a natural at motivating teams.

* Education:

** A high school diploma is required, with a
** Bachelor’s degree preferred**.
* ** Leadership:
