Employees work 40 hours per week from Monday through Friday, with collaborative hours from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Time. Travel of 15 to 25 percent may be required for partner-site work. The role also calls for clear written and verbal communication, portfolio management, and responsible AI use.## Pay And Employment Conditions The annual salary range is $121,869 to $149,188.

The employment package includes a 401(k) match of up to 5 percent, an employee-only health insurance option at no cost, dependent coverage of at least 80 percent, open paid time off, and at least 14 paid holidays.

Additional conditions include a $700 remote setup payment, a $50 monthly cell phone and internet reimbursement, a $500 annual professional development stipend with rollover up to $1,000, and 17 weeks of paid parental and family leave.
