* Oversee scholarship operations and awarding processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Lead and develop a team responsible for scholarship administration and student support.
* Partner with Financial Aid, Enrollment Services, Foundation staff, Information Technology, and academic departments to enhance scholarship accessibility.
* Promote scholarship opportunities through community outreach, information sessions, and engagement initiatives.
* Drive operational excellence through process improvements, reporting, staff development, and strategic collaboration.

* Provide leadership and operational oversight for scholarship programs and award processes.
* Supervise, mentor, develop, and evaluate assigned team members.
* Monitor scholarship postings, awarding activities, and compliance requirements.
* Coordinate scholarship communications and outreach efforts.
* Develop and enhance operational processes and service delivery.
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to expand scholarship awareness and student engagement.
* Monitor productivity, service levels, reporting, and operational outcomes.

** Responsible for the administration, coordination, promotion, and oversight of institutional, foundation, and external scholarship programs. This position serves as a key leader for the Awards Management team, supporting scholarship operations, student outreach, scholarship awarding processes, and compliance with institutional, state, federal, and donor requirements. The position also assists students at Dallas College in all aspects of the financial aid process and helps ensure the institution receives financial aid funds in a timely fashion.
