What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a strategic, creative leader who can build a high-performing content function and team. The ideal candidate combines executive-level content strategy with hands-on production and execution expertise, deep fluency in social platforms, and the leadership skills to grow and mentor a content team — all while safeguarding our CEO's authentic voice and the brand's health and wellness mission and vision, and expanding reach across all platforms of social media, with multiple postings daily and weekly.
WhatYou'll Do
- Own and drive the end-to-end content strategy and execution for our CEO's personal platforms (Instagram redients, Tik Tok l, You Tube, and emerging channels), setting the creative vision and long-term roadmap.
- Translate brand and business goals into a cohesive, multi-platform organic content strategy that strengthens the CEO's digital presence and drives measurable growth.
- Set editorial and creative standards for all personal-brand content, ensuring consistency of voice, quality, and message across every channel.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of content creators, videographers, and designers, setting clear goals and providing regular coaching and feedback while posting exceptional daily content.
- Own hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the content team, and manage relationships with freelance or agency partners as needed.
- Establish workflows and creative processes that scale production quality and speed as the team and content demands grow.
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to the CEO on all matters of personal brand and content, translating her vision into a scalable content engine.
- Direct and, when needed, personally produce high-quality short- and long-form video (Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube) that reflects her voice and health-conscious messaging.
- Protect and elevate the CEO's authentic voice while adapting to evolving platform trends and audience expectations.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm shifts, and translate them into a proactive content strategy rather than reactive posting.
- Monitor health and wellness industry developments to ensure content is current, credible, and scientifically sound.
- Champion new formats, tools, and platforms that keep the CEO's content ahead of the curve.
- Partner with Product Development, Customer Support, Design, and the broader Marketing team to align personal-brand content with company-wide marketing and sales goals.
- Own the content calendar and production timeline for the CEO's platforms, ensuring consistent, on-time delivery across all channels.
- Represent the content function in cross-functional planning, bringing a strategic voice to broader brand and marketing initiatives.
- Define and track the KPIs that matter for growth, engagement, and ROI, and report performance and insights to leadership.
- Use audience and platform analytics to continuously refine content strategy, team priorities, and creative direction.
- Make data-driven recommendations that shape both short-term content decisions and long-term strategy.
