DIRECTOR OF WWK AND THERAPEUTIC SERVICES

Full Time/Part Time Regular Full Time

Job Summary:

The Director of WWK and Therapeutic Services provides leadership and oversight of the Wendy's Wonderful Kids (WWK) Program and Socio-Therapeutic Services Program. The Director supervises program supervisors, oversees WWK recruiters, and ensuring the model meets adherence fidelity regulatory requirements. The Director reports directly to the Assistant Vice President of Case Planning and Youth Services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Family Connections programs, including Wendy's Wonderful Kids(WWK) and Supervsior of Socio-Therapeutic Support Services.

Directly supervise WWK Supervisors and the Socio-Therapist Supervisor, providing ongoing coaching, guidance,performance management, and professional development.

Ensure Socio-Therapist supervisors maintain effective oversight of staff performance, case practice,documentation, productivity, and service quality.

Meeting with WWK consultant toensure the model is in compliance and meeting adherence scores.

Oversee program operations,outcomes, and performance related to permanency, family engagement, and childwell-being.

Provide consultation and guidance oncomplex, high-risk, and escalated cases.

Ensure compliance with WWK, agency,ACS, OCFS, and regulatory requirements, policies, and standards.

Oversee WWK implementation and maintain adherence to program fidelity requirements.

Monitor quality assurance findings,fidelity results, and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

Provide oversight of the Socio-Therapist Supervisor and ensure the effective delivery of Socio-Therapeutic Support Services.

Collaborate with the Socio-Therapist Supervisor to monitor service delivery, staff performance, case outcomes, andthe effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

Lead permanency reviews, case consultations, and multidisciplinary planning meetings.

Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support permanency andfamily-connection outcomes.

Analyze program trends, identify barriers, and implement strategies to improve permanency and family-connection outcomes.

Oversee program data, reporting requirements, contract deliverables, and outcome measures.

Evaluate program effectiveness and implement data-driven strategies to improve service delivery, staff performance, and permanency outcomes.

Represent the agency with ACS, OCFS,courts, community partners, and other stakeholders.

Represent Family Connections programs in agency leadership meetings, treatment team meetings, case conferences, and multidisciplinary forums.

Foster collaborative relationships with foster care, case planning, clinical, educational, and community-based service providers to support children and families.

Represent Family Connections programs in agency leadership meetings, TTMs, case conferences, and multidisciplinary forums.

Participate in leadership on-call coverage,provide crisis response support, and perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Vice President of Case Planning and Family Services.

Education & Experience

Master’s degree in social work,Education, Public Administration, or a related field required.

Minimum of 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience in child welfare, foster care, or related services.

1-2 years’ experience supervising managers and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Valid New York State non-restricted driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-based work, with regular use of computers, phones, and other standard office equipment.

Frequent interaction with staff,external partners, and oversight agencies, including meetings and site visits.

May be required to lift up to 25pounds or more.

Required to commute to other agency locations as needed.
