Key Responsibilities:
- Own solution strategy across risk adjustment, Stars/HEDIS, medical cost management, member and provider engagement.
- Translate CMS regulations and clinical complexity into clear solution blueprints.
- Ensure CMS compliance and audit readiness across solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of healthcare experience with Medicare Advantage exposure
- Experience in consulting, solutions, or healthcare SaaS/AI platforms
- Deep understanding of CMS, payer and provider operations
- Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadershi
