Aqua Sonic is a fast-growing, professional car wash company building America’s Smartest Car Wash.

We’re looking for an experienced, high-energy leader to become the #2 at one of our locations, working directly with the Managing Partner/GM. This is not a traditional assistant manager role.

You will help run the business. You’ll lead people, drive sales, manage the operation, solve problems, and learn what it takes to eventually run your own Aqua Sonic location.

• Partner with the Managing Partner/GM to lead the entire operation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive membership sales and customer experience.
• Staff the business appropriately based on demand and performance.
• Hold the team accountable to Aqua Sonic standards.
• Manage daily operations, cleanliness, safety, and quality.
• Help oversee equipment, maintenance, inventory, and building standards.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members.
• Use business metrics to identify problems and improve performance.
• Step up and lead the operation when the Managing Partner is not onsite.
• Learn the business with the goal of becoming a Managing Partner
