** What You’ll Be Doing
** As our
** Community Manager**, you’ll be the heartbeat of the property — leading operations, inspiring your team, and creating a welcoming environment for all.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading daily operations with professionalism and positivity
* Coaching and developing your team to thrive
* Managing budgets, rent collections, and resident communications
* Overseeing leasing processes and compliance
* Coordinating maintenance and ensuring curb appeal
* Handling resident concerns with empathy and efficiency
* Reporting to the Asset Director and supporting client communications
* Promoting safety, compliance, and community engagement
* Other tasks assigned
** Who You Are
** We’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people. The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience
* Strong financial and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
* Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
* Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required)
* A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
