Director of Operations

Overview

A growing medical billing organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Director of Operations to oversee daily operations, team management, and client service delivery. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with strong operational and medical billing experience who can drive efficiency, accountability, and growth.

• Oversee day-to-day office operations
• Manage a team of approximately 15 employees
• Monitor scheduling, attendance, PTO, and performance
• Serve as a primary contact for client accounts
• Supervise medical billing operations and ensure accuracy
• Handle employee management and operational HR functions
• Improve workflows and operational processes
• Ensure high service standards across in-house and offshore teams

• Operations management experience, preferably in medical billing or healthcare
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Hands-on, accountable management style
• Experience with Clinical Works, Next Gen, Office Ally, or similar systems preferred
• Multi-specialty billing experience a plus

• $100,000–$150,000 salary (based on experience)
