Leader, Team# Leader, Team St Paul - Saint Paul, MN 55106## Overview Salary Range $29,120.00 - $41,932.80 Hourly Job Shift1st## Description Position Summary The Team Leader (TL) is responsible for location accountability. These accountabilities include, but are not limited to: bi-weekly productivity reports; monthly audits; scheduling of work force to meet financial goals. TL will ensure all VASCOR and OSHA safety policies are followed.

TL will ensure that all QMS processes are followed and understood by all team members. TL will have to evaluate and rectify computer issues with assistance from IT department. TL will ensure that all time cards are accurate and submitted to payroll in accordance with the required timeline. TL is responsible for daily communication with customers. TL position additionally requires conducting vehicle inspections, training employees, conducting studies, and any other activities necessary to meet VASCOR and customer needs.

TL may be required to travel to other facilities for temporary work assignment, when business needs dictate. TL will also be required to work split shifts and cover other shifts as staffing needs dictate.

Position Responsibilities
1. Meet Income goals

* With Area Manager, monitor productivity.
* Meet or exceed budgeted goals.
* Monitoring budget cost with emphasis on reduction.
* Make necessary operational adjustments to ensure productivity goals are met on a day-to-day basis.
2. Assure standardization of operations activity-75%
* Accountable for all areas of the operations, to ensure all activities of their direct reports are within the scope of assigned duties.
* Follow up on any individual customer needs, being available to the customer for those needs and reporting back them of status.
* Working with AM, to drive positive changes in processes.
* Work with all employees to ensure all QMS standards are met and within compliance.
3. Make damage prevention recommendations to customers 10%
* Identify Process improvement opportunities. Suggest and implement the opportunity changes.## Qualifications Essential Skills and Experience

EducationG.E.D. or High School Diploma

TrainingN/ASkills
1. Communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Basic to intermediate computer skills using Windows based Word and Excel.
3. Must be able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through solving problems for internal and external customers.
