HIRING SALARY RANGE: $2,409.96 - $3,118.78/biweekly range / $62,659.03 - $81,088.15/annual range

Tenant Relations and Facility Security Manager / Support Services Office

Supervise staff responsible for safety, security, hospitality, and front desk operations, ensuring adherence to all protocols and procedures. Oversee visitor check in, badging, parking permits, customer service, and recordkeeping.

Manage security cameras, access control systems, badge inventory, and electronic security and fire alarm systems, including related contracts, maintenance, and upgrades. Coordinate safety inspections, evacuation teams, emergency response training, and accident investigations.

Serve as the main contact for tenant needs and facility issues. Manage budgets, payments, and financial tracking for multiple FDOT facilities, maintain records, and prepare required reports.
