LOCATION, CONTACT AND SALARY INFORMATION:

Salary: $2,281.11 bi-weekly ($59,308.86 annually) (In accordance with current spending restrictions, if the appointment is an internal promotion, the position will be filled at the minimum of the pay grade or up to 5% of the employee’s current rate, whichever higher.)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent of this position spends the majority of time communicating with, motivating, training, and evaluating employees, planning, and directing employee's work. Supervise staff at headquarters and circuits.

Supervises staff and conducts thorough on-site visits, technical assistance, and support and provides direction and guidance on contractual issues. The position reviews and monitors provider deficiencies, assists in resolving deficiencies and resolve program related incidents.

Conducts conference calls, assists in troubleshooting with providers to ensure compliance from an assessment and measurement of the program’s effectiveness, from a management, financial, technical, and contractual perspective.

Educates community stakeholders on delinquency prevention programming, research, and policies. Participates in community engagements and initiatives and coordinates and/or facilitates community events. Develops and maintains effective partnerships and affiliations with local community organizations.

Monitors staff in their assigned regions plan and coordinate community engagement events and maintain effective partnerships and affiliations with local community organizations.

Drafts monthly reports and submit on a timely basis; evaluates data from outcome measures and requirements and make recommendations to management for program improvement.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution.

Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, manpower modeling, leadership techniques, and production methods.

Knowledge of communicating effectively verbally and in writing.

Knowledge of supervisory practices.

Ability to comprehend written documents.

Ability to listen and ask questions.

Ability to supervise others.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two years of administrative experience.

A master's degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for one year of the required experience.

SPECIAL NOTES:

This position requires a flexible work schedule due to some weekends and after hours (evening) work.

All prospective candidates will be subject to a sex offender check, criminal background checks (state, local, and national) and pre-employment drug screening for direct care positions.
