# Office Manager Miami, FL   full time## About This Role Sunrise Brain Center in Coral Gables is hiring an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy TMS and psychiatry practice. You'll manage a team of 6 (2 technicians, 2 front desk, 1 NP, 1 psychiatrist) and be responsible for everything from compliance to culture.

We're looking for a leader who has managed a medical practice before and wants to grow into a Regional Manager role as we open satellite locations in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.## Requirements- 3+ years of medical office management experience
- Experience managing a behavioral health or psychiatric practice
- Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and Florida medical compliance- EMR proficiency (eClinicalWorks or similar)- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
- Leadership experience required## Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and staff scheduling
- Manage payroll, vendor relationships, and office budget
- Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance
- Handle patient complaints and escalate as needed
- Coordinate with insurance companies on billing issues
- Support the psychiatrist and NP with administrative needs
