Emmetsburg Care Center is seeking a motivated and career-driven Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our leadership team. This is a paid training program designed to prepare you for a successful career as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).

As an Administrator in Training, you will partner directly with an experienced Licensed Administrator to gain hands‑on experience in all areas of facility operations, including:
- Clinical and operational leadership
- Regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Staff management, coaching, and team development
- Financial operations and budgeting
- Admissions, census development, and community outreach
- Driving quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
This structured program is designed to prepare you for LNHA licensure and a leadership role within our organization.
What We re Looking For- Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university
- Active interest in becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
- Ability to obtain LNHA licensure in the state of Iowa upon program completion
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing others (healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment
