Compensation range: $130,000 – $200,000
Loyalty Automotive, a locally owned and growing group of dealerships and collision repair centers headquartered in Richmond, is seeking an experienced, driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help drive dealership performance.
This is a leadership role for someone with a proven track record in automotive sales and management who knows how to build and motivate a strong team, maximize sales opportunities and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities- Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve sales goals and growth
- Recruit, coach, and drive performance of sales team
- Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally
- Present sales reports and forecasts to management team
- Manage sales team to optimize performance and employee goals
- Vehicle appraisals
- Work closely with General Manager to ensure optimal dealership performance
- 5+ years of experience in automotive retail, management and finance experience preferred
- Track record of sales success and leadership
- Dedicated to delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to problem solve
- Passion for mentoring and managing people
- Computer and automotive CRM programs proficiency
