Ready to make a real difference?The Program Manager - Evaluation Services is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the diagnostic and evaluation program, including staff supervision, program performance, operational processes, and compliance. This position provides leadership to assigned staff, manages program resources, monitors service delivery and outcomes, and implements process improvements to ensure efficient and effective operations. The Program Manager also maintains positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders and represents Damar in the community.

• Attends mandatory staff meetings and other meetings as assigned
• Regularly participates in community meetings and consortiums
• Collaborates with referral partners and other stakeholders
• Represents Damar at community events and conducts outreach to community partners
• Manages program operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, licensing, contractual, and organizational standards
• Monitors and evaluates program performance, service delivery, and outcomes to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Oversees the accuracy, completeness, and timely management of program data within the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Manages assigned staff, including establishing performance expectations, providing ongoing coaching and development, and ensuring accountability for assigned responsibilities
• Assigns and monitors work to ensure responsibilities are completed accurately and timely
• Develops, implements, and evaluates program processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and program outcome
• Conducts employee performance evaluations, addresses performance concerns, and implements corrective action as appropriate in accordance with Damar policies and procedures
• Manages staffing schedules and coverage to support program operations, evaluates staffing needs, and makes recommendations to leadership regarding staffing requirements
• Conducts regular file audits to ensure alignment of billable hours, progress notes, invoices, and other relevant reporting documentation
• Maintains documentation that is accurate and legible
• Establishes and monitors program performance expectations and operational goals in collaboration with leadership
