• The client is seeking Project Managers with technology transfer experience in packaging area.
• Experience in both Technology Transfer and Project Management is essential for this position.
• This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive seamless project execution.
• Lead Project Management within the Process Development Organization, with a focus on Tech Transfer, Process Improvement, and Continuous Improvement
  .
• Provide day-to-day oversight of external programs and deliverables, ensuring compliance with timelines, product quality, and cost control.
• Manage Projects controls including schedules/project timelines, deliverables, budget and resources.
• Tech transfer expertise and experience with new products
• Packaging and automation experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional settings
  , with experience as a team member or leader of matrix teams.
• Project management expertise with strong coordination skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  , both written and verbal.
