· Keeping Us On Task Full-time Remote (US)   Keep our projects, and our easily-delighted engineers, moving in a straight line from kickoff to delivery. You own timelines, scope, and client communication, and you are the steady hand that turns big bursts of enthusiasm into shipped work.

Project Planning Scope Management Client Communication Prioritization Standups Risk Tracking  You will run delivery across a portfolio of software projects: setting scope, holding timelines, wrangling priorities, and keeping clients informed and confident. You are the connective tissue between what clients expect and what the team is actually building.

A candid note about the team you would be managing: we are a small group of deeply curious builders who get genuinely excited about every new tool, idea, and shiny problem that crosses our path. It is our superpower and, on occasion, a scheduling hazard. ** What you will do
*** Own project plans, timelines, and scope across multiple concurrent builds
* Keep clients informed with clear, proactive updates and realistic expectations
* Translate client needs into well-defined, prioritized work for the team
* Run lightweight standups and keep tasks visible and moving
* Catch scope creep early, whether it comes from a client or from our own enthusiasm
* Protect focus: help the team finish what is started before chasing the next great idea
* Track progress and surface risks before they become surprises
** What we are looking for**
* • Experience managing software or technical projects end to end
* • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with clients
* • A talent for turning vague goals into clear, scoped, sequenced tasks
* • Calm and organized, and comfortable holding people kindly accountable
* • Strong prioritization instincts and dependable follow-through
** Nice to have**
* • Familiarity with software development workflows and modern tooling
* • Experience at a small team or agency juggling multiple clients at once
