This position collaborates closely with executive leadership to ensure quality services, operational excellence, fiscal responsibility, regulatory compliance, staff development, and positive outcomes for individuals served.

* · Lead assigned offices, programs, and service regions to ensure exceptional services and positive outcomes for individuals supported.  
· Develop, mentor, and support leadership teams to strengthen employee performance, engagement, and professional growth.  
· Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, referral sources, funding agencies, and stakeholders.  
· Oversee quality management activities, program reviews, field observations, and corrective action planning to ensure service excellence.  
· Monitor client satisfaction, program performance, and contractual outcomes to support continuous improvement.  
· Direct staffing strategies, recruitment efforts, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and personnel development initiatives.  
· Manage regional budgets, revenue goals, expenses, financial reporting, billing processes, and fiscal performance.  
· Ensure compliance with DMH requirements, CARF standards, Medicaid guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and organizational policies.  
· Support referral acceptance processes and coordinate service delivery resources to meet community and client needs.
