Full-time, permanent Senior Manager, Contracts opportunity based on-site in Northampton, Massachusetts. The role requires an active Secret clearance, strong Department of Defense contracts experience, and management experience. Interview travel is reimbursed; relocation may be possible.
Why This Role- Government and commercial/non-commercial contracts, including FAR Part 15 negotiations, CPFF, and FFP
- RFP review, risk assessment, proposal preparation, negotiation, administration, and change management
- Portfolio leadership, complex negotiations, and management of contracts professionals
- FAR, DFAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and CAS
- CFCM, CPCM, and CCCM are preferred certifications
- Must work on-site in Northampton, MA
- Strong Department of Defense contracts experience and management experience
- Experience with FAR, DFAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and CAS
- Approximately 9+ years of related experience with significant DoD contracting background
- Experience in RFP review, risk assessment, proposal preparation, contract negotiation and administration, change management, government and commercial/non-commercial contracts, FAR Part 15 negotiations, CPFF, FFP, complex negotiations, portfolio leadership, and managing contracts professionals
- CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM preferred
