- People leadership: Drive performance management, calibrate crews against company goals, lead bi-monthly fleet meetings, manage time & attendance, conduct quarterly 1:1s, recognize excellence, and plan talent for internal moves and external hiring.
- Crew management: Ensure schedule coverage and fleet balance; review duty assignments and fatigue reports; safeguard crew welfare; serve as FOM-on-Duty per roster; review LIFUS progress; support the scheduled onsite Crew Support program; ensure simulator profiles align with training objectives.
- Operational oversight: Monitor sensitive flights; complete event debriefs within 48 hours; review AOG events; provide operational recommendations; implement flight-operations policies and procedures; verify handover checklists and documentation distribution; monitor aircraft-equipment distribution; identify fleet needs and issue approved fleet memoranda.
- Maintenance & MEL coordination: Partner with Maintenance Operations Control on maintenance events and MEL management to ensure safe, efficient dispatch.
- Client experience: Oversee cabin readiness and service touchpoints, including Wi‑Fi and cabin status, to uphold a consistent premium experience.
- Standardization & compliance: Enforce efficiency policies; ensure safe, compliant operations; collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and Flight Operations Administration; recommend standardization procedures; maintain compliance across Centric, App, eCrew, EFF, and ETL.
- Data, tools & reporting: Use Tableau dashboards for analysis; manage ADP, Success Factors, and Confluence; track crew performance; prepare reports; maintain clear priorities; and work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Extensive piloting experience
, including international operations. - Current first-class medical certificate and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Unrestricted worldwide travel availability and authorization to work in the United States.
- Clean safety record: No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the previous five years.
- Flight currency: Minimum 150 hours in the previous 365 days and 30 hours in the previous 90 days.
- Schedule flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays as needed to support operations.
- Leadership & communication: Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, reporting, cross-functional, and remote-team management skills.
- Tech fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Workspace tools; experience with Centric, eCrew, EFF, ETL, ADP, Success Factors, Confluence, and Tableau is a plus.
- Regulatory expertise: Full understanding of Jet Select’s GOM, OpSpecs, and applicable FARs.
- Preferred: Current Check Airman or Captain position on Challenger aircraft and previous management experience.
