About the Role

As a Kiosk Refurbishment Coordinator you will prepare kiosks for redeployment by cleaning, decal removal, minor hardware work, and documentation. You’ll ensure every kiosk meets company quality standards before leaving the facility. The role also involves unboxing incoming kiosks, preparing completed units for shipment, and updating Jira tickets to reflect completed work and kiosk status.

This is a full‑time temporary position with a 3+ month assignment and potential extension.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Remove damaged decals and prepare kiosk surfaces for rewrapping.
  • Thoroughly clean kiosks inside and out using approved materials and processes.
  • Use basic hand tools to remove or replace hardware components as needed.
  • Update Jira tickets accurately to document all work performed.
  • Unbox incoming kiosks and perform visual inspections upon arrival.
  • Package and prepare kiosks for shipment, ensuring all required components are included.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
How We Know You Can Do It
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Comfortable using hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills) for light hardware removal and installation.
  • Basic computer skills, including updating task tracking systems such as Jira or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a production or warehouse environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with refurbishment, lab, and shipping teams.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety standards and using PPE as required.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, refurbishment, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
