- Assist in the assembly, fabrication, and repair of products from composite parts and materials
- Assist in the fabrication and preparation of molds
- Assist in laying out composite materials for molding
- Verify and document in process work orders
- Ensure quality product by using necessary measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers and pi tapes
- Basic maintenance on equipment
- Meet production deadlines by following manufacturing schedule and procedures
- High school diploma/GED required (2YR Technical Education Preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Blueprint Reading
- Good Organizational Skills
- US Citizenship
