• Operate paper cutters and finishing equipment according to job tickets and production schedules
• Read and interpret work orders, job tickets, and cutting layouts
• Measure and verify finished product dimensions to ensure accuracy
• Adjust machine settings for various paper sizes, weights, and job requirements
• Inspect finished materials for quality standards and report defects
• Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on cutting equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate effectively with press operators, bindery staff, and supervisors
• Accurately complete required production documentation

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience operating industrial cutting equipment preferred (printing industry a plus)
• Ability to read job specifications and use measuring tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable attendance required

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
• Manual dexterity to safely operate machinery

• Manufacturing/production facility
• Exposure to loud machinery
• Second Shift hours from 3:00 p.m.‑11:00 p.m.
