Aerotek - Up to $14.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Break down beef, pork, or other livestock carcasses into specified primal, sub-primal, and retail cuts;
Trim, debone, and portion meat products according to company specifications and customer requirements;
Inspect meat for quality, consistency, and safety concerns;
Operate cutting equipment such as saws, grinders, and skinners safely and correctly;
Follow all OSHA and USDA regulations related to meat handling and food safety
