• Work alongside team members to assemble units, sub-assemblies, or complete units by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, work order information, assembly procedures, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process.
• Support 5S activities in manufacturing areas, including daily housekeeping of the production areas and equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date training records and comply with all company policies and procedures. Learn simple to more complex processes with increasing experience and skill-building.

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently
• Ability to work overtime as required

• Lean manufacturing experience
• Chemical, reagent, or consumable goods manufacturing experience

The salary range or hourly wage for this role is 18.00 an hour
. This is the starting wage we believe is the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. We may pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan to eligible employees.
