CNC Milling Lead - 2nd Shift

Location: Highland Heights

This position supports CNC Milling production operations.

This position works a 4 x 10hr schedule, Mondays thru Thursdays, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM.

Responsibilities and duties:

Leads team to meet safety, production, and quality goals.

Trains staff as needed.

Operates and sets up CNC machines and other related equipment as needed.

Skills and experience:

Must have 3 or more years of CNC Milling set-up experience with strong understanding of CNC language/code.

Must be able to read and understand blueprints and drawings.

Must be capable of performing inspection on comparator and microscope.

Must be capable of working with very small parts.

Must have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Must have outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).

Must be able to work additional hours as needed.
