Location: Glendale
Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on indoor/outdoor process equipment including pumps, valves, tanks, piping, and rotating machinery.;
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.;
Monitor and operate plant utility systems including boilers, chillers, scrubbers, HVAC, water chemical feed systems.;
Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions in utility systems and take corrective action.;
Provide direction and training to less experienced O&M Specialists.
