** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials
* Load customer trucks accurately and efficiently to meet production and quality standards
* Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure operational reliability
* Maintain clean and organized work areas, including haul roads and stockpile zones
* Collaborate with plant and production teams to support continuous and efficient operations
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a quarry or similar industrial environment
* Strong attention to safety, detail, and adherence to established procedures
* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify basic equipment issues
* Dependability and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
