** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead and coordinate daily quarry operations to meet production, safety, and quality targets
* Supervise and support equipment operators and plant personnel to ensure efficient workflow
* Monitor site conditions and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
* Schedule and prioritize work activities to optimize equipment utilization and productivity
* Train, coach, and guide team members while promoting continuous improvement and teamwork
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a production environment
* Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational best practices
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
* Working knowledge of quarry operations, mobile equipment, and production processes
* Ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt to changing operational needs
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
