Safely operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials
Load customer trucks accurately and efficiently to meet production and quality standards
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure operational reliability
Maintain clean and organized work areas, including haul roads and stockpile zones
Collaborate with plant and production teams to support continuous and efficient operations
What Are We Looking ForAbility to safely operate heavy equipment in a quarry or similar industrial environment
Strong attention to safety, detail, and adherence to established procedures
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify basic equipment issues
Dependability and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
$19.50 per hour
