The Job You Will Perform:

* Ensures compliance with all safety and quality policies, procedures and standards

* Set-up and mounting of Flexo plates

* Quality control in the negatives, raw materials, printing plates, mounting tape, and cylinders

* Optical Mounting, proofing, Quality Control, sewing, and shipping

* Operates and maintains processing equipment and computers; and forklift, as needed.

* Review and understand order instructions and any other necessary paperwork to ensure fully what is required to produce a quality product.

* Complete daily housekeeping in order to maintain a safe and clean environment / Perform weekly audits as scheduled.

* Able to lift and/or move up to 70lbs

* All other duties as assigned

The Skills You Will Bring:

* Exceptional focus on safety and quality as well as, participation in required training.

* Experience manufacturing Print Plates is desirable but not required.

* Experience in graphic arts field is a plus.

* Ability to work under pressure.

* Attention to detail including specifications, data tracking and machine profile requirements

* Shift work and overtime required.

* Strong mathematical, mechanical, perceptual and visualization skills

* Must have computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

* Must be able to lift and/or move 60lbs and occasionally move up to 70lbs.

* Positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work as part of a team

* Experience in the corrugated industry is a plus
