Production Supervisor General

Position

Bartech Staffing, part of Impellam Group, is hiring a contract Production Supervisor - General for a major client. The successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while serving our client.

$33‑34 per hour.

• Supervise, evaluate, and support an hourly production team to meet daily manufacturing requirements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are achieved through coaching and monitoring production lines.
• Organize workflow and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high performance standards.
• Build strong relationships with team members, union representatives, and management.
• Lead by example with a focus on accountability, teamwork, and servant leadership.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

As a Production Supervisor with Bartech Staffing, you will be part of an established staffing organization.
