• Troubleshoot/Repair mechanical equipment and electrical components.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform housekeeping tasks.
• Operate mechanical equipment and portable power tools.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• Possess a two (2) year technical diploma/degree or five (5) years of experience in maintenance controllers, PLCs, robotics, servo controls, and various industrial control systems.

Applicants who meet the basic qualifications may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include:

• Direct experience with manufacturing equipment.
• Proven skill level in working with equipment manuals, prints, and charts.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $33.33 to $39.02, depending on years of experience, skills, and education. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits including medical, dental & vision, health savings accounts, health care & dependent care flexible spending accounts, disability benefits, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences, and retirement benefits.
