We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support outbound shipping operations in an industrial manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on work loading finished products onto rail cars, trucks, and other transport methods using both manual labor and equipment.

• Load and secure materials onto rail cars, trucks, and flatbeds
• Process outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Perform general warehouse and labor duties in a gypsum production environment
• Follow all safety protocols, especially when working at heights
• Assist with staging, organizing, and preparing shipments

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or loading environment
• Prior forklift experience required
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to perform physical labor in an industrial setting
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Monday – Friday, with occasional overtime and some Saturdays
• Start time: 6:50 AM
• Typical end time: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (or until work is completed)
• Overtime expected based on workload

• Exposure to outdoor elements and varying temperatures
• PPE required
