We are looking to add a Continuous Improvement Engineer who enjoys solving manufacturing challenges, improving processes, reducing waste, and leading Lean initiatives. This is a highly visible position that partners with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance to improve efficiency, quality, safety and cost throughout the manufacturing operation.

What is the purpose of this role?

This person will be leading plant‑wide continuous improvement projects focused on improving quality, reducing waste, increasing throughput, and partnering with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality.

We are looking for someone who has experience working in automotive manufacturing and ideally has hands‑on exposure to plastic or rubber injection molding operations.
