Conducteur Process de Fabrication H​/F - Renaison

Job Title

We are looking for a process driver for Maison Collet who will be responsible for producing the white mass. Your duties will include:

- Receiving milk

- Performing milk treatments (standardization, pasteurization, cuve transfer, inoculation, etc.)

- Preparing different recipes from milk reception to quality and hygiene packaging

- Respecting and enforcing good hygiene and quality practices

- Conducting and recording the planned controls

- Identifying non-conformities: implementing immediate corrective actions, researching root causes, and proposing corrective actions to your coordinator

- Preparing your work area

- Checking the cleanliness of cuves and equipment before starting production

- Providing different white masses to teams

- Packaging different bulk products

- Conducting various checks for the proper functioning of the process

- Inoculating according to established best practices

- Recording traceability elements (inoculation time, batch ferment, etc.)

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, enjoys autonomy, and has a sense of organization and responsibility. After a 4 to 6-month training within our company, you will be able to manage recipes independently.

- Employer covers 50% of the cost of the company's health insurance

- Performance bonus of 100 €/month subject to meeting the conditions of award
