We are looking for an individual to join our team with a background in operating machinery.

• Ability to set up equipment
• Maintain strong attention to detail (visual inspections)
• Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Can minimize downtime by troubleshooting equipment
• Ensure consistent machine operation by completing preventative maintenance as required
• Maintain production and quality by inspecting random production samples
• Ability to problem-solve in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to change directions as needed
• Strong desire to learn and enjoys a challenge
• Represents a strong business acumen
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required. Some experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with management, peers and other employees. Have active listening skills, attention to detail and follow‑through. Must demonstrate tact, professionalism, teamwork, flexibility, an organized approach to work and a positive attitude.

All duties to be performed in compliance with the company guidelines and safety policies.

PPE: MUST wear hearing protection and safety glasses in designated areas.
