Overview

Floor Operator – Tyson Foods.
Pay: $19.35 per hour plus a $2.00 shift premium.
Shift schedule:
Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and every other Saturday from 6p.m. to 6a.m.

• Maintain and promote Tyson safety culture.
• Receive required training.
• Perform various positions as assigned.
• Visually inspect floor equipment and make adjustments as needed.
• Monitor product throughout the processing phase.
• Operate meat-side equipment to provide quality product for customers.
• Read invoices, packing slips, and material records.
• Complete Tyson paperwork.

• Three months of work history with one employer (as shown on the application).
• Preferred:
  Three months of operator experience.
• Willingness to work on feet for 12 hours.
• Ability to complete all required training.
• Read invoices, packing slips, and material records accurately.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds frequently.
• Comfortable working in warm or cold temperatures, wet, humid, or dusty conditions.
• Capacity to work in high, precarious places and outside weather conditions, with exposure to mechanical parts, electrical hazards, vibration, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme heat.
• Ability to perform physical requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation.
