Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker/Laborer to join their team. As a Production Worker/Laborer, you will be part of the industrial department supporting the manufacturing operations. Shift: Swing Shift (Week 1: 4 days 6AM-6PM, Week 2: 4 days 6PM-6AM) RESUME MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR APPLICATION.

What's the Job?

• Perform physical labor including heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Stand, walk, and maintain balance continuously for 12 hours per day.
• Crouch and bend frequently during shifts to support production tasks.
• Reach and work at or above shoulder level, tying wire for extended periods.
• Operate forklifts, powered and non-powered hand tools such as grinders, hammers, and chisels.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a background check and a 10-panel oral drug screen.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions, including temperature extremes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and capable of working up to 12 hours per shift.
