Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize e-coat, paint, and surface finishing processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Engineering and over 3 years of experience in automotive paint processes.
The role includes troubleshooting defects, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. Strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude are essential. Preferred experience includes automotive OEM or Tier 1 paint shop.
